What happens if I've lost my ticket?

Tickets are considered to be securities, and if they are lost, damaged, burned, or unrecognizable, they will not be reissued. Please keep your tickets secure. The admission procedure for lost, damaged, burned, or unrecognizable conditions will be handled in accordance with Article 7 of the 'Art and Cultural Performance Ticket Formalization Contract information that has to be recorded and information that cannot be recorded'.
