1. Create your tixCraft account by clicking Log in at the top right on the homepage.

(1) Choose whether to use Facebook or Google as your preferred tixCraft login. Note that you can only use one of these login methods.

(2) Please be cautious when you choose your preferred login method as you will not be able to change it once you have verified your mobile phone number.

2. Fill in your personal details.

(1)  Each fan is limited to one account as your account will be bound to your ID/passport number and your mobile phone number.

(2) The same ID/passport number cannot be used for multiple fan accounts. Each ID/passport number can only be bound to, at most, one account.

(3) You cannot change your ID number after registering your fan account. Please make sure that the information that you filled in is correct before submitting it.

(4) If your foreign passport number is less than 10 digits, please use 0's in front of your passport number. If it exceeds 10 digits, please fill in the first 10 digits of your passport number.

E.g., K1234567 is fewer than 10 digits, enter extra zeros in front of K as '00K1234567'.

E.g., ABC123456789 is over 10 digits, enter the first 10 digits as 'ABC1234567'.

(5) To fill in an overseas address, please choose 'Overseas' from the drop-down menu. Then, enter your address after '999OverseasAddress'.

E.g., 999OverseasAddress 42 Locust Road, Del Mar, CA 92111, USA

3. Verify your mobile phone number.

(1) After successfully verifying your mobile phone number you will be able to start purchasing tickets on the tixCraft website.

(2) The same mobile phone number cannot be used for multiple fan accounts. Each mobile phone number can only be bound to, at most, one account.
