If you are unable to log in with your originally linked third-party account, or if that account has been deactivated, please be aware that we cannot directly modify the login account associated with your membership. In this situation, we can only assist you in canceling the original account linkage. After the cancellation, you will need to use an alternative login method or create a new account to register again.
Please note that once the third-party account linkage is canceled, it can no longer be used to access TixCraft membership services.
To request the cancellation of your account linkage, please complete the Member Account Cancellation Application Form and submit it to our customer service via the “Contact Us” page on our website.
Keep in mind that processing your cancellation request may take a few business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
